Booking Conditions Here's the small print - please read
To secure your reservation a deposit of £100 is required for each passenger at the time of booking for UK holidays and £200 for European holidays .
Balance and Full Payment
Once the deposit is paid and we have confirmed the booking the balance due must be paid not later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to do so may render the booking void and the deposit forfeit. For tours departing within 60 days of booking full payment will, of course, be due when booking.
(a) Should you cancel your booking, Inside Track reserves the right to impose the following cancellation charges in respect of the whole booking value:-
- More than 42 days prior to departure – Loss of Deposit
- 42 – 28 days prior to departure – 30%
- 27 – 14 days prior to departure – 50%
- 13 – 7 days prior to departure – 75%
- 6 days prior – day of departure or after – 100%
(b) Inside Track reserves the right, in any circumstances, to cancel any tour offered in this brochure. In this event a full refund of all monies paid will be made. Alternatively you may be offered another tour of similar value and duration subject to availability. You are free to accept either option without penalty.
(c) However, Inside Track will not cancel a tour within 14 days of departure unless for reasons beyond our control, e.g. war, riot, strike, act of Government or God.
Booking Changes or Amendments
Inside Track reserves the right to apply a charge of £25 per person where a passenger or passengers make a significant change to their booking. This would not apply where cancellation charges are applicable.
Inside Track will not be responsible for any delay, or expense arising from failure to join a tour on time or, whilst on tour, to comply with the itinerary as notified by the driver/courier.
All hotels used by Inside Track are specified by name in this brochure. In exceptional circumstances Inside Track may substitute these with other hotels of a similar standard without prior notification. If you have any complaint regarding your hotel, notify your courier and the hotel management immediately. If the matter cannot be rectified or resolved to your satisfaction on the spot, please notify Inside Track within 30 days of your holiday.
Whilst every step is taken to ensure all details are correct we ask that on receipt of your documentation you check the details and notify us immediately of any problems.
Prices in this brochure are V.A.T. inclusive and calculated from coach, hotel, railway and entrance costs as at 1st November 2019 and include V.A.T. at the rate of 20%. Should costs fluctuate for unforeseen reasons then Inside Track reserves the right to increase or decrease prices accordingly. This condition will not apply once a balance has been paid or within 30 days of departure.
Carriers and National Conditions
You are advised that all rail and coach carriage will be in vehicles owned or operated by Operators other than Inside Track. The Conditions of Carriage of those Operators apply and are subject to National conditions that may limit or exclude liability. Your contract made under the terms of this agreement is subject to English law and jurisdiction.
Occasionally, due to alterations in operating times, it may be necessary to change the itinerary. Should any such change represent significant devaluation of the tour appropriate refunds will be made.
Travel insurance is an essential element of your holiday when travelling outside of the UK and strongly recommended, though not legally obligatory, for UK destinations. You are free to arrange your own travel insurance through your own preferred provider as, due to FSA regulations, we are not able to recommend or arrange travel insurance for our clients.
Currency Fluctuation Clause
(Applicable to foreign holidays)
We reserve the right to adjust our Sterling price should the exchange rate vary significantly, but if an increase is necessary you will have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
